This Carmel classic went through a full landscaping make over. Built in 1933 and fully restored in early 2020. This landscape consists of Carmel style stone steps, a seating rock and front patio. An existing Ligustrum was pruned into a pom-pom shape topiary and a 15 gal Acer palmatum was added to the front. Behind the Maple are 3-5gal Chondropetalum, 1-5gal Camelia, 3-5gal Agapanthus and 15-1gal Festuca glauca. Mulched used was gorrilla fur ( shredded redwood).
